Dear Doctor, I found a breast lump!

Dear Doctor, I found a breast lump!

I looked down, that's a bit strange I thought. I wonder why my nipple is doing that? It looked like it was pulling in slightly. It worried me, I've always been quite happy with my boobs. This didn't look right... I wonder if there's a lump? I had never really checked for breast lumps before, so quickly googled how to examine myself. At first I didn't feel anything, then I pressed down a bit harder with my fingers. I was scared in case something was there. There it was a pea sized, hard lump under my left nipple. Dear Doctor, Is BB cream better than foundation?

Dear Doctor, Is BB cream better than foundation?

Dear Doctor, Should I use coconut oil as mouthwash?

Dear Doctor, Should I use coconut oil as mouthwash?

I love coconut but coconut oil ... solid coconut oil... gross! Well, at least at first it was. A hard lump of oil, that doesn't melt in the mouth quickly, is like the fruit pastille challenge! Anyone remember that advert? But back to coconut oil, I have heard lots of people rave about it's benefits for oral hygiene, fresher breath and teeth whitening. I'll admit the prospect of a natural solution to whiter teeth is what really got me interested. So, I decided to give it a try....
