Dear Doctor, Is BB cream better than foundation?

What is the worst thing about being on holiday? For me it’s sunscreen on my face. Ok maybe a bit dramatic, but it’s sticky, oily and gives me spots!

We all know we should protect our skin from harmful UV rays, but we also want to look good on our snapchat stories and in photos!

I know there are some good facial sunscreens out there but a lot come with decent price tags too!

Even for everyday use, do we really need to be using full coverage foundations that don’t have any extra benefits of SPF or moisturiser?

I came across the Garnier BB creams before a holiday last year. I have had a lot of compliments on my skin since, so I thought I would share my secret. Read the full blog post for my review.

I’ll admit the prospect of a natural solution to whiter teeth is what really got me interested. So, I decided to give it a try….

We still didn’t know how best to handle my Grandma and it was hard, but not as hard as what was to come. Dear Doctor, I think my Grandma has Dementia?

Today is cupcake day with Alzheimer’s society! Today is also the day I talk about my experience of Alzheimer’s disease. We all have elderly relatives who have become more forgetful or confused but Alzheimer’s is more than just getting old. It can completely take your loved ones away from you right in front of your eyes. I remember when my Grandma started to show signs of Alzheimer’s I was in College at the time…
